Return & Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order within 3 days for any reason whatsoever, you can return the item(s) to us in the brand new condition for a refund in the amount of the purchase price minus the shipping cost. In case of a spare part, it can’t be returned if installed to your mobile phone and it's working.

Items Damaged in Transit

If an item is found visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 7 working days, as well as providing us with the evidence as following:

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box;

2. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item;

3. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item or the defective part of the parcel.

Our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ?

Easy: e-mail us at baskifit@gmail.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unused, undamaged and with  with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously used products.  

Note: we highly recommend to ship your returns via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD ?

We will provide a refund period on unopened item within (5 - 14) days of the date that you receive your hair. There will no refund for items opened or used exchange only will be given.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option through our Return Center, because baskifit.com will not be responsible for lost returns.

4. MAY I RETURN MY ORDER ON BASKIFIT.COM WITHOUT CONTACT YOU?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 -5 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Cancellation & Exchange:

1. We can accept to change or cancel the order freely within 24 hours before your order is shipped out. 

2. After the order is shipped out, you need to be charged at least $10 to $20 handling fee or 25% of the cost cancelling the order. If you can accept handling fee, contact with seller online to help you. 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

1.An irregular or excessive returns history.

2.An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.

3.Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

Excessive Returns: Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity . In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Use the RETURN CENTER to follow the steps to request for return of the package and once approved, you have up to 3 to 14 days to return the package and providing tracking information. You cannot return after the deadline passed.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
